What information do we collect?
Users can browse listings without creating an account. Registered users may use additional features such as saving favourite places, submitting new places or events, suggesting edits, uploading photos, writing reviews, and confirming whether a listing's pet policy is still accurate.
PetOK uses account, location, photo, review, submission, analytics, diagnostic, and notification data to operate the app, improve listing accuracy, support moderation, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, and notify users about relevant account or saved-place activity.
How do we use your information?
We process your information to operate and improve the Services, maintain the accuracy of listings, support content moderation, prevent abuse and misuse, diagnose and fix technical issues, and send you notifications related to your account or saved places.
Third-party services we rely on
PetOK uses third-party services including Firebase for authentication, database storage, file storage, app security, analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications; Google Maps services for maps and location-related features; and product analytics tools such as PostHog to understand app usage and improve the service.
